There are eight zillion lawyers in California, and, judging from their websites, every single one of them is some kind of super genius. My name is Walter Moore, and I am one of those eight zillion super geniuses. What makes me different? Glad you asked:

1. Education
You’re allowed to be a snob when it comes to hiring your doctor or your lawyer. You’ve got a lot at stake, and law can be pretty tricky. So you want the smartest lawyer you can find. Now, you would never guess it from talking to me, but I used to be pretty smart: I graduated with honors from Princeton and Georgetown Law, and was an Editor of the Georgetown Law Journal.

2. Experience
A lawyer’s education does not end with graduation from law school. There are many laws, and they’re changing all the time. There are loopholes, and traps for the unwary, and fine distinctions galore. That is why you want an attorney who is not only smart, but experienced. You might think, from my disturbingly youthful appearance, that I’m a rookie. Wrong. I've been a trial lawyer for over 25 years, representing businesses and individuals in state and federal courts in Southern and Northern California.

3. Results
You want a lawyer who’s impressive not just on paper, but in the courtroom, as well. Past performance is no guarantee of future results, as they say, but can you think of any better predictor of future results? Me, neither. My past results include beating some of the largest law firms in the world. For example, I have won a jury trial against Latham & Watkins, and won summary judgment against Graham & James. Once, I even made a class action go away by writing a nice letter. My goal is not just to win, but to win efficiently.

But enough about me. Let's talk about
you. If you need help with a legal matter, send me an email with your phone number.  Click here to send me an email.
